"Am I right? Or am I wrong?"

If you are born with it or not, every human will encounter this somehow in any point of their life. It's in human nature. Notwithstanding, over thinking in a positive way is good in some way. It makes you think out of the box. It makes you think of new ideas and expand your creativity.
So well, tendency of overthinking unfortunately in consequence of our previous experience of being correct from others.
The ultimate killing for this (the bad side); not thinking along with the main point. Illustratively, pointing to the negative consequences that points to correct everything on your actions and judging interiorly with toxicity. Like scoring some kind of points for yourself.
To add on, what derives to overthinking?
Impression.
We wanted to feel warmth and impressed by people around us. Just to feel welcome. Allowing the real issue of not realizing that; People don't actually really care! As a result, it develops worries which is a common habit for everyone and that is the actual thing. Doubting yourself, we care of what others think.
Let's assume, a person tries being right or the truth. Where the correcting something on a point becomes the value. Adjoining to that, it stopped yourself to being presence in the moment and mindfulness is forgotten. In accordance with which, accumulating random points and thoughts that are not even relative; ridiculous and nonsense.
That's it for now. Peace out.
