Ignore Negativity

"Where does negativity comes from? Who projects it? How does it happen?"

ree
  • Hurt people are those who have no sense of direction , no purpose in life and no growth

"No place to be in the world, feeling nothing matters, nothing to lose."

In a contrary manner, projecting hurt feelings to others. Bantering negativity towards others. Containment of jealousy, want others to feel their sufferings. Sense of inadequacy, they will want to tear you down.

Thusly, shield your peace, soul and mind. By not abiding with the constructions that others created for not believing yourself. In this case, your capabilities and gifts. Set boundaries, not settling for less.

Understand that guarding your peace is not selfish. It is life fulfilling. Your validation for your decisions and happiness are your responsibility. By no means insisting for others to love you. Trust and love yourself first. Feel good about yourself, it is crucial. Trust your intuitions and purpose.

  • Know who you are - your passions, goals and determination.

"Progressing to glow up - take baby steps."

Discipline and consistency with self love. Settling to achieve your goal. By doing this, you might inspire other people and help them to seek clarity for their own good. Notably, be confident in yourself. Confidence makes you feel good overall and will take you to places and opportunities. Do not open up your mind to the negativities people told you. Considering that it will make you forget who you really are. You know yourself more than others. Cease those feelings of being afraid to things that what you want to try and pursue. Stop engaging negativity ; worry/fear for things you wish to experience. Tack on life fulfillment by living a worthy life ; believe that you are worth it.

  • Healing is important - be truthful and forgive yourself.

"Pray to strengthen your faith."

Always seek to the creator first other than opinions of others. Be grateful, do not feel entitled to anything ; you are enough. You will be blissfully blessed.

Remember that you cannot heal others if you are hurting. Allowing yourself to experience your emotions. Stop denying emotions as they are real. To get over it, you have to go through it. Yes, no doubt. To get over hurt, it is terrifying.

However, it is the true test of your strength so you can stand back up again stronger. Life is always about journey of learning and lessons. Everyone makes mistakes. But that does not mean, your life definition is wrong. You are entitled to level up, to allow yourself to be better. Begin to receive positivity.

  • Moving on - accepting the pasts and learn from it.

"Thoughts are thoughts. It does not mean to be a reality."

Failures happened for a purpose ; to learn from mistakes. We cannot change past. We can at least create a blueprint of purpose for our future. Saying sorry is okay, but remaining guilty is otherwise. Reason for this is that, it allows unacceptance and vulnerability. Hence, you will not be able to express yourself. Deal with your fear and mistakes, so you know your value. Allow yourself to cry or be sad at times.

Breakdown those walls, stop thinking about what was. Start thinking what will be next? How should I make it better? Reinvent your purpose. No one can control your reality, you are not a people pleaser. Please, this is a reminder.

  • Your decision matters - without hurting other people, you need to be able to express what matters to you.

"Taking control of what's yours."

Be comfortable to speak out, to better fulfillment of your purpose. Expressing allow others to see your values. How to do that? Speak to the creator. Pray for a strong and peaceful mind. In other case, speak to those that you are comfortable with, or someone you trust. Releasing the burden in your heart.

Stop carrying baggages from the pasts. They do not fit in the presence anymore. Change for better ; for you and others around you such as friends, families, childrens. In accordance to that, focus to those who genuinely and truly cares for you.

Thanks for stopping by. Peace out.
